Liked: The price and proximity to my office. Plenty of towels/washcloths. TV worked; heat worked, room was spacious. Disliked: No Grab-n-Go breakfast, as advertised; no in-room coffeemaker, as advertised; no cookware, cooking utensils or cutlery as advertised; Expedia charged $35 more than what my final bill indicated.

Ok. Front desk staff needs to improve Room was fine, refrigerator a bit noisy. Front desk staff needs improvement - not friendly when I checked out, and the front desk was unattended for several minutes. Without being too loud and obnoxious, I said ‘hello, hello?’ over and over, knocked, and no bell to ring... About 5 of us were in line just waiting to be helped

Thanks Sam! Always a pleasure to stay here. Excellent service from arrival to departure . The front desk guest coordinator “Sam” is a welcoming smiling face who does his job every well and efficiently . He was very accommodating and helpful . Definitely worth the stay and I will recommend . Gladly Staff is very professional, friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean with modern furniture and with all amenities you may need.
