The ladies at check in and check out were very polite and attentive. The guy manning breakfast seemed to only supply enough coffee and muffins for those in the room waiting for the coffee.

Staff is friendly and helpful if anything is needed. Good value for one of the lowest priced hotels in the area.

Great!. The manager gave us an upgrade to a king size bedroom. Great!. Location, very close to King of Prussia Mall. Poor. Toilette bowl had large yellow stains all around the inner circle. It was pointed to the front desk. It did not come out w/ cleaning. Poor! The mattress in room 343 is completely worn out and lost shape on the side close to de bathroom. It is very uncomfortable to sleep on that side..

breakfast is only a few items in limited quantity. I have stayed there twice and only food to select from was a few granola bars and instant oatmeal and I was there shortly after 6 am when it started.

Convenient clean and comfortable The room sizes were very good. The only thing missing from this Extended America as compared to others I've stayed at is a dishwasher in the kitchenette. Everyone was very nice and they made my stay very comfortable. The casino is just minutes away as well as King of Prussia Mall.
