Inexpensive but you get what you pay for. They allow pets which is okay, but my room smelled atrocious like someone's big wet gassy dog. Windows can be opened but one of mine was broken with a panel hanging out of the frame and the screen laying on the ground outside. Furniture is badly roughed up; kitchenette does not even have a few basic dishes and utensils.

Not clean, smelled like smoke. Couldnt get towels. Kwycqrd malfunctioned and was locked out of my room one whole night. Had to stay somewhere else for that evening. Just terrible experiences all around.

Terrible Service and staff Front desk ok’d me for late checkin when my plane was delayed. Upon landing at PHL called and couldn’t get anyone on the phone. Central reservations was able reach night attendant who refused to help in anyway. The staff didn’t communicate or let the next shift know of the arrival time. Night attendees said “not her problem,” per Ahmed at central reservations.

The evening receptionist was churlish and not very helpful. The furniture is the room was dented and scarred. The refrigerator was rusting. There were no plates, cups, glasses, etc. No ice bucket. One wrapped plastic cup for drinking. We were given only one bath towel and two wash clothes. The draperies were crooked. Light bulbs in fixtures were mismatched. The bed was not comfortable. Would never stay there again.
