The parking lot was unplowed, and it has been a week since the snow. The snow was driven on and packed down and slippery. I mentioned the poor parking lot to the desk staff and he got snippy with me. No bath mat or shampoo in room. There were no spoons/ forks in the kitchenette, in fact there was nothing in the kitchenette. Microwave worked. There was a full sized refrigerator. Why would a propery that is full of homeless people be on this site. I was appalled at the location and it reeked of smoke and it was full of homeless people and to make it worse someone was smoking and the alarm for the hotel went off at 2am.. absolutely worst hotel experience ever

Reserved 3 double rooms for my family. First room was nice, 2nd room had dead roaches like they just sprayed and no one vacuumed, third room had a roach on the kitchen counter as soon as we walked in. They offeredus another room but it was only a single bed room and offered no compensation.

I felt unsafe at this location. Clientele and staffing seemed shady. Lots of large dogs who were fierce and barking all day long. I would never recommend this pace to anyone.

I checked into the room at 10pm. Unfortunately house keeping never made it to prep it for the next guest. Got a new room quickly but as i opened the door some insect ran into theroom. The fridge door refuges to close tightly. I left all my stuff off the ground and didn't feel safe walking barefoot on the carpet. I had stayed at other extended hotels before and probably won't come back to this chain.

It’s was terrible I only stayed for 30 mins until I found better bugs and the place smelled like mold
