Tried to check in, no one was at the front desk. Had to use a phone in lobby to speak to someone. Person on the other line was rude and I was told I could not check in because the hotel was over booked. I was also told I needed to check in prior to 6:30pm however the reservation was booked after 6:30pm. When I requested a refund for a service I did not reserve, I was told I needed to speak to the manager the next time they are in the office. I requested a refund online, waiting for a responce. This property is the most disgusting place i have ever been.!! I choose this place because it was a last minute due to and early game. Big regret. Disgusting filty walls. The room needs total maintenance not to mention the smell was horrible. Not worth $160 dollars. Do not stay here !

The bathroom was dirty, the main lobby smelled so bad. They banged on my door at 10:30am to see if I’m staying and then called around 10:45am for the same thing. Check out is at 11 so I have no idea why they did that.

6/4/24 Refridgerator door was disgustingly dirty, bathroom floor not clean, chair had sticky stuff on it, check in took forever, room lacked cleanliness and no handtowles or washclothes

There were roaches. At first it was only in the bathroom but then they were behind the tv. I'll never go there again

I walked into a rancid smell in lobby and thru ought the hotel and room, my room was disgusting with badly stained pillows, bugs. I addressed the problem with front desk and they offered me new pillow cases?? Not pillows .there was no complimentary breakfast or coffee, was told to go to wawa and not use their vending machines because they were unsafe?
