I wouldn't recommend it I arrived in the evening to check in and I was told the front desk employee just walked off the job. The only employee there checked me in and I went up to my room which wasn't cleaned. We tried 2 more rooms, also not cleaned. Ultimately myself along with another couple behind me were told they couldn't accommodate us (even with a reservation). I got a refund but of course that takes a few days so I didn't have much to find a new place to stay. This isnt the fault of the employee that tried to help me... read more

Stayed here for a local conference and was wildly unimpressed. The hotel is old, the appliances are rusting and the towels weren’t clean. The location is good if you need to be in the area, but not otherwise sure why I would visit. Queen of Prussia is nearby but it would make more sense to just book something there. Room smelled bad odor. Floors were not mopped - very sticky. Elevator not mopped - very sticky. Clothes rack were broken. No breakfast (when on Hotels.com indicates free breakfast).

This facility was the worst hotel we have ever stayed at. We had very limited towels and no hair dryer. At 1 am, we found out there was no hairdryer and requested for one, the response we received was shocking. We were told to dry our hair with towels. Furthermore, the management later told us that we were expected to bring our own toiletries! Incredible that the hotel does not provide any standard "convenience" supplies except one-time minimal ones. You are expected to bring your own trash can liners and empty the single tiny wastebasket into a dumpster in the parking lot. You have to pay for extra toilet paper as well as sheet and towel replacements. The cabinets are all completely bare, but you can buy minimal kitchen utensils and dishes from the hotel for $30 or $40. NONE OF THAT IS DESCRIBED ON THE WEB SITE BEFORE YOU MAKE A RESERVATION.

Room was dirty from prior guest. Room not ready. Several people smoking by feont door . Prople appeared to be camping in hall using outlets & sitting. Refund requested 5 minutes in & left prooerty
