It smelled awful, non smoking room was like a 4 pack per day smoker was there. Carpets are filthy. No hot water. A fellow tournament family was ahead of us and the reservation was cancelled not by the family but someone else, and there was no help to correct it. In the middle of that the couple that checked in before them came down and demanded a clean non smoking room. There was nowhere else to stay so we had no choice. Won’t be back that’s for sure.

The first room had a very terrible stinch.....had to get a different room. There was trash and crumbs in hallway area. Didn’t smell clean at all. Never again!

Very dissapointed. Dirty rooms. Unhelpful staff. The room was not cleaned. The front staff was not helpful. Rooms smelled like smoke. I would not recommend staying here. I travel quite a bit and this was one of the worst hotels I've stay in awhile. I don't think its 2.5 stars. Maybe 1.5 max.
