Not clean...Bathroom was not clean...have dirt in tub and shower.Romm having dust and have to clean myself after non availability of cleaning staff and we are vaccum to clean

Worst place ive ever stayed at Front desk were good . but they didnt wear any work clothes . the rokm was not like the picture . plug in tub wouldnt lock down and the sink plug was stuck and we pulled that out and yhe end of it was black and nasty. People above us were loud the refrigerator sounded like a mouse was running around in so we unpluged it . over all we checked jn at 7:30 pm and checked out at 3:00 am

Horrible The room was absolutely filthy. Pillow cases dirty. Cigarrete burns on the toilet seat. Carpet was stained and when i moved the chair there were chip crumbs all over the floor. This place is in desperate need of neww management and better housekeeping.

There was COCKROCHES IN THE ROOM! I booked a 3 night stay and left less than 24 hours after checking in! I complained to front desk and it seemed as if they get these complaints pretty often as the front desk staff didn't seem concerned or surprised when I told her about the COCKROCHES. I was told I couldn't get a refund bc I booked through Expedia and I am still waiting for Expedia to even get back to me! Totally grossed out and unhappy with the service from the Hotel and from Expedia.

No more Extended Stay This will be the last stay at this hotel. Hotel is full of bugs and uncomfortable. They wouldnt change the room if I didnt take photos of the bugs but night manager was nice. The staff in the morning is absolutely HORRIBLE. it was so obvious that she hates this job.

Worst place ever Had my 16 month old with me and went and got food to cook for breakfast the next morning after checking in just to find out the stove didnt even work in the room, and by that time being alone with a child and already unpacked it was just too much to even think about moving to another room. There was a used and opened razor blade in the bathtub which goes to show how good the must of cleaned the shower to begin with.
