Hotel halls were dirty. Elevator was broken. Very limited cleaning ( every 2 weeks) was no where noted when I made my reservation. Towels were threadbare. Staff was very nice.

Elevator broken, hotel is dirty and poorly maintained. Staff minimal. Room cleaning non-existent.....occurs every two weeks. Breakfast offering poor. Minimal staff is pleasant.

Rooms where not ready for chick in, no shower curtain, no elevator ( walking disability ), not enough towels. Will not stay there any more

Not much help from staff. At the check in we were told that they had no room available for us even though we had a reservation and confirmation number from expedia and they couldn’t call us because they didn’t have our phone number. ? They lobby was ok at best. It wasn’t terrible but you could smell cigarettes, so even if you have non smoking room it wasn’t probably truly non-smoking. Don’t understand how it is still allowed to smoke inside… Expedia ended up founding us a different hotel.

Horrible Horrible they over booked the hotel there were No rooms available!!!! I was on my own the staff didn’t even try and help me find another room… everything I tried to book was full I ended up sleeping in my car. I am glad I didn’t stay there so maybe it was a blessing the place smelled and was dirty when I walked thru the main doors. Looked like the place wasn’t cleaned in a long time…

The tv in our room didn’t work and there wasn’t anyone to fix it so we were moved to another room. Then that room smelled like cigarette smoke and did not have any toiletries set in it for us to use.

We couldn't check in even if we had a reservation...the hotel was full, it was 1 am and they knew we were coming late( I have called ) We were withy 11 years old son, exhausted by the drive and they didn't apologize or tried to help us

Don’t go here I have never in my life been so applauded by a room. It was beyond dirty. I would have been cleaner sleeping outside in the grass. The amount of money you pay for this pig sty makes my stomach turn. The girls at the desk were nice, other than that don’t stay here. It smells of stale cigarettes and feces.
