Worst Experience Ever My original reservation at another (quality) hotel was cancelled at the last minute. Reason - the hotel overbooked.. I reserved Extended Stay as a last resort. After being at the hotel for a little while, I was so skeeved out, I had to leave. Drove 30 minutes to another hotel at 2:30am after a long flight from the West Coast. Rooms are dirty ..smells like cigarettes even though its says smoke free ..

Absolutely would never pay to stay here again. Front desk lady mean, room nasty, things dirty, windows broken and the retched smell of smoke. If I could coins -10 stars I would. Where’s my refund

I didn’t like it. The room was non smoking or smelly feet or smoke. They had one staff member doing everything - check in, laundry, breakfast, check out. Poor girl, I get sorry for her. She was nice the hotel owner just doesn’t spend enough money. Stayed in the Residence inn instead after that and it was awesome - couldn’t have been more different

Not happy Smell bathroom with smoke in there. There was no breakfast when I woke up at lobby. Bed was uncomfortable. Suggestions to go other hotel.

for the price i could have stayed at mucg better hotel with more amenities and services!! the breakfast is a joke. the room is not cleaned during your stay... I could go on and on.. I will not recommend this property at all and expedia should have mentioned that it is not a regular hotel!!! will use other third party search engine ! good day !
