Very dissapointed. Dirty rooms. Unhelpful staff. The room was not cleaned. The front staff was not helpful. Rooms smelled like smoke. I would not recommend staying here. I travel quite a bit and this was one of the worst hotels I've stay in awhile. I don't think its 2.5 stars. Maybe 1.5 max.

First off, the hotel front desk staff was attentive to needs, which is great; however she put me in a room on the second floor that was occupied. Also I had to trek a wheeled luggage, laptop bag, and grocery bag up the stairs because the elevator doesn’t work. When I came back down, I told the front desk staff and she immediately moved me to a first floor. The room I booked was a Queen bed, I ended up in a double room. Won’t be staying here ever again The sheets on the bed were stained and we had to replace them first thing. The shampoo in the bathroom was half used, and the bottle itself was a little bit sticky. There was only one wash cloth in the bathroom (there were two of us staying in there for two nights), so we had to ask for another.
