Everyone was friendly and helpful the room was extremely clean and efficient the only reason why I gave it fewer Smiles for amenities is because during covid-19 the pool was shutdown and so was the continental breakfast but those are for health reasons not because of Any insufficiency on the part of the hotel

Not too shabby!! I was very satisfied with my stay. The room was upgraded. I liked my room, just had a damp spot on the carpet by the air-conditioning unit. But that didn't really bother me too much. The lady who checked me in was very pleasant and helpful. Will go back!

the girl that checked me in was awesome. We had a problem with drain in shower and she was right on it and got resolved immediately. She was so pleasant.

The room was very run down and the air conditioner was very loud. On our second nights stay it started banging in the middle of the night, sounding like it was leaking or as if it would explode.
