not a good weekend Got there and had to wait 10 minutes to check in. The clerk was busy and no other help was available. I booked a room with 2 queens but none were available. The pull out coach was disgusting. I ended up buying an air matress for the kids to sleep on. The area around the hotel was nice and quite and plenty of choices to eat

Toilet wouldn’t flush. Place is gross. Got a refund for a night. Ladymanager was apologetic and helpful, but I’ll never stay again

The room is extremely dated and old. I thought we booked a double Queen through Expedia since that is how it was listed. Upon check in, was told that they were maxed and there was a Queen with a sofa bed left. Well that sofa bed was full of crumbs, dirt and STAINS. It was awful.

I was disappointed with the laundry services not working properly so as a result I had no towels or clean sheets for several days that I stayed there at your hotel. The manager was very friendly and supportive when handling a complaint from another resident.

Front desk was very friendly & helpful. The room was not very tidy looking. There was no big towels in the bathroom, so if you decide to take a shower you’ll have to dry yourself with the hand towel. The bathroom sink drain was clogged, it took forever for the water to go down.

No cups in bathroom at all. Could be cleaned better. Needs updated. When I reserved room I added I had a pet . It did not register so I called before arrival and was told to call Expedia. Also could barely understand the person who answered due to foreign accent. I checked in early to inform them I had a pet with me . No first floor rooms available at the point do had to take puppy on elevator to do her business outside. She did not like that. Should have stayed elsewhere.
