The location is great. We had to move rooms due to noice above all night, noise from the elevator and a bad smell on the hall. Staff was great, accommodating. Not sure we will stay there again

Clean sheets, ease of location. On checkin Friday, was told bathroom light did not work, but would be fixed the next day. Was not fixed by check out Monday. Bath to Shower diverter did not work, and no one to fix it. Had to put other light in bathroom, and rig the tub faucet to get some type of shower. Carpets very dirtu through out the property. Ours was sticky and had to wear socks.

The Extended Stay Malvern is my absolute favorite hotel in the Philadelphia area. A friendly and helpful staff, great wifi and spotlessly clean rooms are always found. I'd highly recommend the Extended Stay to travelers to the area.

Waited for 20 minutes until someone checked us in, there were no sheets on any of the beds and the room had a funny smell.

First, there was no staff. I had to call a number that was posted at the front desk to reach a staff member. She told me was “cleaning a room” so give her a few minutes. She then tells me since I booked through Expedia, my reservation was overbooked so my room was not ready??
