I can't really say I like too much about the property or the place I had issues with the first room I was in being dirty not being cleaned properly they were bugs on the floor and hair in the sink in the bathroom they moved me to a second room and when they did the air conditioner/heater did not work in that room and when I mentioned it to them they said they were unable to move me due to being overbooked already so I had asked them just to move me back to the original room and clean it as the AC worked it was a fight but in... read more

I really liked this hotel with the one exception of it took forever to get hot water in the shower. Everything else was good.
Excellent Service... Highly Recommend Where can i start, let me just start by saying "Excellent service overall" from the General Manager who was extremely friendly and helpful from check in process through ensuring the process was smooth and done within moments. Would not honor my reservation and front desk was of no help in securing a room for me. Literally was left with out a place to sleep. Front desk clerk was rude and not helpful at all. Do not stay here!

It was not inexpensive but was terribly worn and neglected in our suite.

The staff was very friendly. However, it said online that breakfast was provided. A couple (as in actually just a couple) granola bars and a few packets of oatmeal are not breakfast.
