Especially management is very nice the manager lady and the rest of the crew were nice and kind and helpful. I really like this place if anything this is the only place I would stay in stay America hotel in Philadelphia.

No breakfast The stay was okay. Very friendly staff, the room was okay. Not the cleanest that we we're hoping. The elevator door kept getting stuck qnd it worried me so we took the stairs while we were there. Dont except anything good for breakfast. The coffee tasted burnt and theres no milk or half and alf for the coffee. You get pre packaged muffins, one single granola bars, and oatmeal as breakfasts. I wouldnt even call that breakfasts. Very disappointed in that fact.

It was not the cleanest hotel we stayed at. Updates needed to be done and i needed to wipe down and clean the bathroom when we arrived because of hair left behind. One of our rooms was never made up and we needed to get a new room which was a handicapped room. There were several times that no one was maning the desk. I would not stay here again or recommend.
