Rude employees, dirty/nasty hotel in general. This place was pretty bad. The check-in process was a nightmare. I already paid for the room, showed them my drivers license and credit card, and even showed them the receipt I printed and they refused to let me in my room. They demanded I pay again for the room even though I had the receipt showing I already paid. When we arrived there was not a reservation for us and the hotel was full. Was told that since I hadn't paid online when I made the reservation that I didn't have a room.

The rug in the living area was soaking wet from the air conditioner. I called the front desk 4 times and got a different answer every time. I understand that they don’t have maintenance on the weekend but then we should have been compensated .
