I always take my grandchildren on vacation. This year we were visiting Philly. Always look for a hotel with a pool. Water could have been a little warmer. Hotel was clean, beds were comfortable, breakfast was good.Shopping close by.

Needs attention The staff was very friendly and I think housekeeping does all they can with what they've got. However, the room was very warm and there was an unpleasant odor when we exited the elevator to go to our room; once we were in our room it was fine. The bed squeaked every time we moved and we're not heavy people. Again, all the staff were friendly.

This was a very nice and clean hotel to stay in! There were hardwood floors in the bathroom and kitchen that made the hotel room nicer!

Gaming convention The employees were nice and our suite was nice and comfortable. The air was not good to the bedroom. We had to open the window and still got hot. We also had to go to the desk and ask for our dishes, cups etc. That was not real handy to do. But we had. Good stay.

Nice hotel The location was good. The room was clean. We had to ask for sheets for the sofa bed as there were none in the room. The hotel staff were awesome and gave us really helpful information. No breakfast.

Bare bones hotel. For what we paid for the room we received little comfort. We realized that Extended Stay has very limited amenities but for the price we paid they could have done a better job of cleaning. They could use a major update in the rooms. Window cleaning would give guests a better outlook on the place!
