Staff friendly and helpful... however lack of communication service for room service

Train the staff I wanted to check out on Thursday. The front desk person was new and didn’t know how to checkout. Constantly saying I was paid then in the next breath I owed the bill. I explained and showed her I paid using hotels.com. The resolution was to leave and the manager will look at it when they come in. If there’s any issue they’ll call.

Great hotel but overpowering room deoderizer The hotel was clean and the bed was pretty comfortable. The television was smaller than those in comparable hotels I've stayed in too but it worked and the picture was clear. My only real complaint is the deodorizer sprayed in the room, I'm assuming after the room was cleaned, was overpowering. For someone with sinus problems and allergies like me, it was way too much.
