Massive leak in the bathroom, the last time I stayed, the garbage disposal did not work and one of the lights was burned out.

When I booked the hotel we were to get a 2 room suite and then I got a call telling me that they had to give our room away and that we were going to get 2 rooms that were not adjoining they were across the hall from each other so we go to one room and we thought we all could stay in the one room however when we went to make up the sofa bed their were so many stains on the mattress I wouldn’t make my worst enemy sleep on it let alone my 2 kids and the front desk clerk was rude stating your getting the other room for free what... read more

Discourteous and dishonest service the AC in the room was very noisy, and sounded like rocks were being tossed around inside. The staff was discourteous and unwilling to move my room even though they had availability. They refused to give me a refund for checking out of unliveable conditions.

We showed up and while the staff was friendly after the initial conversation, the further we got into the building the more of an eerie feeling followed. My wife was very uncomfortable, asking if we were safe mutliple times. We both felt there was an unsafe/uneasy feeling. Not as much unwelcomed by the staff as i would say unwelcomed by the atmosphere of the hotel itself. BEWARE!!! this is the worst place to stay. From the roaches to the non guest tweakerville in the parking lot. to the ghetto housekeeper cussing up and down the hall, to the incompetent so called management with the worse attitude ever to the constant presence of the police responding to calls about said tweakerville, to the dog from tweakerville cap who bit a guest and was usually tied to a tree in the tweakerville camp that was in the parking lot. Room was smelly. Pickup Breakfast was a joke , Hotel conditions were bad.

The building needs renovation. 2 outlets in my room didn’t work, the shower rod was not attached properly. 1 staff member needed customer service training. The others seemed OK. There was hardly anyone ever at the front desk.
