This hotel facility was not properly cleaned in the general areas, the elevator and hotel rooms. Certain things were dirty or had a weathered look and feel or needed proper maintenance or replacement (e.g., broken lamps). The staff member at the desk was friendly and helpful.

Overall this is a pretty nasty hotel. Not even a good value.

Clean sheets, ease of location. On checkin Friday, was told bathroom light did not work, but would be fixed the next day. Was not fixed by check out Monday. Bath to Shower diverter did not work, and no one to fix it. Had to put other light in bathroom, and rig the tub faucet to get some type of shower. Carpets very dirtu through out the property. Ours was sticky and had to wear socks.

Waited for 20 minutes until someone checked us in, there were no sheets on any of the beds and the room had a funny smell.

First, there was no staff. I had to call a number that was posted at the front desk to reach a staff member. She told me was “cleaning a room” so give her a few minutes. She then tells me since I booked through Expedia, my reservation was overbooked so my room was not ready?? She told me I would have to wait another hour for clean linen so she could make the bed, “or you can make it yourself.” If it wasn’t for the holiday weekend and everything in the area being booked due to numerous sports tournaments, I would have walked ... read more

The room was definetly not worth what we paid for it. The beds were harder than a rock there were ants crawling all on the night stand the bathroom was just gross under the sink in the cabinet was not wvem cleaned

The property was ok. Too much noises coming from the top floor. The door that opens up to the small patio was broken..you can go out but have to walk around to get in.

It was not the cleanest hotel we stayed at. Updates needed to be done and i needed to wipe down and clean the bathroom when we arrived because of hair left behind. One of our rooms was never made up and we needed to get a new room which was a handicapped room. There were several times that no one was maning the desk. I would not stay here again or recommend.
