Room was not good. Bathroom drain was clogged, closet door broken, bathroom door did not close tightly, and room smelled moldy and dirty.

Worse hotel EVER!!!!!!!! This brand usually has a few nice locations, this particular location is horrid!!!! Everything was broken from the sofa bed to the bathroom sink. There were no pillows and we were told all blankets were in laundry so we had to go out and buy our own blankets for my son to use the sofa bed. The bed was so uncomfortable, neither I nor my husband were able to sleep at all. There is a Homewood suites next door, stay there instead.

No heat Room was ice cold. Heater did not work - blew cold air - and the fan motor made a loud noise. Told the front desk - nothing.

Roaches in room. No garbage cans. And the staff wanted me to do their job for them when asked for towels. We did not have the money to go elsewhere or would've.

I was told at check-in that our reservation had been moved to a sister property nearby due to overbooking. No email or text before, I just found out when I tried to check in. I had to get back in the car, (with a dog), & drive 7 minutes further. The replacement property did not provide Grab & Go Breakfast, nor did it have an equipped kitchen,( only available for an extra price), or a 24-hr reception desk. The hotel was dirty and smelled. The staff were dressed slovenly in filthy stained clothes and had a rude and disinterested demeanor. Overall it felt like a homeless shelter. The continental breakfast was disgusting if non existent. I few stale muffins I was thrilled to check out
