They have a pool and around the property was very clean

The property was clean on the outside. The night staff was rude. Morning staff much more pleasant. We where 5 people and the pullout couch was only springs. No one could sleep on it so my father ended up sleeping on the floor with head pillows under him. The beds also where uncomfortable (lumpy and huge dent in the middle). I booked with Expedia the hotel extended hotel at 8 swedesford rd Malvern, pa. This issue was that they had no rooms available and Expedia didn’t really gave a room for me. I won’t use Expedia again.

It seems like this property also houses the homeless. A gentleman said he paid $70/night yet Expedia charged me $250/night

The hotel is old and smells. The staff was friendly, but unless you really need to save the money I would not recommend staying here.

Old, terrible, broken sink, broken cabinets, people fixing their cars in the parking lot, etccccc.
