Toilet wouldn’t flush. Place is gross. Got a refund for a night. Ladymanager was apologetic and helpful, but I’ll never stay again

The room is extremely dated and old. I thought we booked a double Queen through Expedia since that is how it was listed. Upon check in, was told that they were maxed and there was a Queen with a sofa bed left. Well that sofa bed was full of crumbs, dirt and STAINS. It was awful.

Smelled slightly of smoking, funiture in room worn, stained, cabinets in room worn. Crumbs on floor, heater very very loud. Even furniture in lobby holes. Stopped at convenient store before hotel. Asked police for direction. He said not to stay there crime, drugs. Often called there.

The bed was not made. When we asked for pillows they said they were booked and did not have enough pillows. We had to take our coats roll them up and put in a pillow case and use as a pillow. Worst place I have ever stayed.
The room was not clean at all. There was stains and dirt all over the carpet, bathroom had not been clean, piles of dirt on the window sill, had not been dusted in a very long time, not even sure the sheets were clean. After complaining to the front deck, she informed me that they do not have a regular cleaning staff. Absolutely Not ok.
