The place was dirty had a awful smell. Candy wrappers stuffed all in the pull out bed and behind the sofa. Hair in the tub.

Clean but shower & sink were clogged Stayed overnight for a work conference.. I booked originally with a different hotel through hotels.com and when I arrived at this hotel everything seemed decent. Unfortunately, the shower and sinks were clogged and I was unable to take a shower before an important work conference in the morning.

They didn’t have soap or tissues, they ran out of toilet paper!!! There was a hair in the sink and a dirty towel hanging in the bathroom when we got there and hairs in the bathtub. There was no breakfast either everything was gone and my basket was on the floor by the time we left around 8:00. I would never stay here again!!

Totally messed up my reservation wound up on the phone with Expedia and the hotel back and forth for over three hours. 90 minutes of that spent standing outside in blazing 90 degree temps and I am a heart patient. No good. They were overbooked and advertised available rooms. Later that day called to find out if I planned to arrive for my reservation which was supposedly cancelled. Incompetence!!!
