Cameron at the front desk was nice :) It was over-priced like all other places in Phoenix because of a concert this weekend. But overall my stay was fine.
The cooling/heating unit in my room sounded like a freight train every time it came on. I finally had to turn it off in order to sleep. Also, I think that it was the first hotel I've stayed in (in the USA) that did not have an ice machine. I understand that it's an 'extended' stay hotel with a fridge in the rooms but there was no ice in the ice trays. Finally, the 'breakfast' was pathetic.

Getaway It was a very nice overnight retreat while waiting for my flight the following morning.

The property was clean and in OK condition for it's age. Closest services (restaurant, store, bar) are 4 miles away. Hotel is advertised as "Airport" location, and website says 1.4 mi to PHX. Reality is 3.5 miles and no shuttle. Uber's one way price is $39 , and the taxi service recommended at hotel desk was $25. No coffee in room, and not available in lobby before 6am. I was on a long layover from PHX, and this hotel was a horrible choice!
