limited upgrades- cheapist furniture imaginable in rooms, lights not working, countertops chipped, no outlets for electronics, shower awful, windows so thin that you can hear everything outside from the room, broken elevator so I had to walk up 3 flights of stairs after midnight when my flight got redirected to Pheonix due to weather.... Bed was actually okay- and staff was nice, but wow- put some effort into maintaining the property people!

There was a kitchen but nothing in it. Desk clerk was great about getting me a coffee pot and coffee. Heat and a/c worked great. Bed was ok. Telephone in room didn’t work. Elevator not working and only 3rd floor rooms available. No shuttle to the airport so taxi or Uber. I got what I paid for but with the taxis I should have paid more and had free shuttle.

Checked in and the room we got was occupied so we got another room. Then the sockets and lights didnt work. The shower leaked everywhere.

It should be mentioned that the elevator has been out of service for months now somewhere in the description. We luckily are able bodied people but what if we had back problems or anything like that it could have been bad. I think it would be thoughtful to warn people of that very important detail.
