Phoenix The elevator was broken Our floor was sticky and dirty

Checking in after 12 My flight was delayed and front desk person said that if I check in after 12am the computer automatically audits their system and that there’s nothing that he can do about it… then I called within an hour and the next shift person made it all work. I came around 1am and he verified my ID and I was all set… if it wasn’t for the second shift worker I would have been in a pretty unpleasant situation. Thank you to second shift guy! First shift guy, do better!!

I noticed there was a used towel on the hook on the back of the bathroom door. There were other clean towels but that used one shouldn't have been there. It raises questions regarding total cleanliness of the room.
