What was needed We stayed as a layover at this same location for a couple of nights, before and after a longer trip. It was just what we needed (a place to sleep). Clean and comfortable!

The majority of the hotels in the Phoenix and surrounding areas are unclean, area is often filled with the homeless population, and people challenged by various addictions, but this reasonable hotel is ran like most more expensive hotels. Excellent service, helpful employees, and very clean! My stay was surprisingly comfortable.

Furniture in room falling apart. No in room coffee. We left at 5am won’t be back to this hotel. Good price but not worth half this much.
