TV did not work. Card reader worked sporadically. Check-In staff did not wear a mask and allowed maskless guest at checkin window. No mention about pet fee when I booked despite selecting pet friendly. Then when I checked in there was no pet friendly room available.

CHOOSE THIS HOTEL OVER OAK ST EVERYTIME!! We just came from the other extended airport hotel off Oak st whom apparently took all of my stuff out of my room because, although i had gone online and made a reservation i had accidentally booked for this airport hotel..a mistake it seems many make (met a guy in the parking lot here the first night we got here who made the same exact mistake only backwards as far as hotel locations) so in response to this the Oak St hotel, didht bother calling or even trying to contact me or even ... read more

I reserved a room with king size bed. They did not have it available when I arrived. They gave me a room with a queen and said they could not credit the difference in the room cost. I tried to contact hotels.com for the refund but was not able to make contact
