Smells The mattress from pull out couch was stained and the room smelled bad! The personnel was nice!

Was on third floor . elevator was out of order. Refrigerator froze everything i put in it. The showerhead only shot out of like 10 holes. The bathroom sink stream was so weak and thin it would not wash soap off my hands. Our floor and room smelled like pot smoke.

Worst service I was checking in for a another weeks stay in the office. And one of the managers was up stairs telling my boyfriend that check out is at 11. When i came up stairs and showed her i rechecked in she gave me attitude

Size of room was good. Location good. Elevator didnt work carried suitcases up and down 3 flights had to make several trips wife and I in our 70,s. Had to go down same stair to get clean towels daily. Continental breakfast lousy. Almost everytime went to desk for towels and to check nobody around waited till desk clerk showed up? Stairs are not safe for elderly spend some mo ey to fix elevator........
