I won’t be staying here again. Staff was mediocre at first greeting, they didn’t have extra pillows for the pull-out bed and the double bed I slept in was very firm and uncomfortable. The a/c unit was right next to the pull-out bed so we couldn’t put the temp down low enough to cool off the whole room without my kids on the pull-out bed freezing to death. ‘Continental breakfast’ was muffins and granola bars.

We checked in, Tempe Extended Stay, learned of the “pet fee,” which was not disclosed by Expedia, and thereafter, around 7 am or so, water started pouring down from the ceiling, into the kitchen, through a light fixture. Electrical hazard. My son, who was in the bathroom, walked out, and because there were no carpets or even a kitchen mat, he slipped on the watery hardwood flooring, hitting his head. Some staff members were great, others weren't. They stole a jacket from me and when asked about it they denied it and refused to check cameras. The police got involved now.

Was not clean. Mattress was dirty with blood stains. Smelled like cigarettes. Bathroom drawer was broken. Asked manager for a refund and was ignored and never called back.

Disappointing trip I never stayed here when I arrived I was told that they didn't have anymore pet friendly rooms available but I was still charged and was reported as a no show
Surly unpleasant staff & dirty floor Walked in with a hello only to be "shushed" with a finger wave in my face. 3 staff members milled about and proceeded to ignore me for 5+ min. I was the only one there. One did take a personal call and stood there laughing with their back to me. I finally approached another staff and asked if I was invisible and the response was "what do you want". Room smelled of urine. People being arrested for not vacating property on time.

This place was awful. Drug users in hallways. The mattress springs were coming thru the bed there was something sticky on the back side of the couch. The smell of marijuana was the elevator and hallway. Families with kids I do not recommend this place
