When we arrived the room that was given had not been cleaned yet. So the beds were not made, there was trash and the bathroom was still dirty from the people who used it before. Then we get a different room and it had underwear on the floor animal hair everywhere. Terrible It was horrible my things were taken out of my room after they charged my card and then tild me it showed I checked out

Andrea, I want to apologize for miscommunication. We are actively searching our system for a solution. So far there is still no pending payment but I will definitely contact you if something changes.
Staff was rude. They charged my card for smoking in the room when I didn’t even smoke in my room. Also after booking on Expedia and arriving for check in the staff told me rudely that there was not any rooms available. So when I called Expedia they told me they can clean a room and have it ready.
Looked ok. I arrived and was told there was no room for me. It was after 10:30 pm.

here was so many problem with my stay the room weren’t ready when they were support to be the pots and pans and silver wood wasn’t there. Ac went out in one of my room. This stay was just the worst stay my family have ever had. Not to mention the bbq didn’t work lucky someone had brought one so we had one to use.

Extended STAY AWAY! DO NOT STAY HERE! Checked in with my family and checked back out within ten minutes and went to a different hotel. When we walked in, the room was dirty. Opened up the pull out bed, there were no sheets, not even a fitted sheet on it. There were food crumbs still on it. When we asked for some sheets and pillow for it, they gave us filthy sheets and had no extra pillows. What hotel doesn't have extra pillows???.
