Very unfriendly staff, no dishes, bathroom door looks like someone tried to kick it in, not a pleasant stay

For Real? The room and bathroom were in state of deterioration, the shower/bathtub a disaster, front desk said they were in "repairs." It was to include breakfast, all t was a bag a stale pastry, coffee, that's deceiving. The swimming pool ice cold. I go often to the Phoenix area, but I'll never go back there. Sorry Extended Stay but you need to clean up your act.

The property is okay overall. The room we got was spacious with a kitchenette, microwave and electric stove. The sofa bed was very dirty, when we pulled out the bed it had residues of some type and what it seemed to be pubic hairs (disgusting). I had to clean it my self without vomiting. I will not be staying here again.
