Horrible canceling tomorrow reservation as soon as I can if it wasn't 230am I would go to another hotel now... reserved room with sofa pullout it's disgusting... couch wet and mattress gross cushions had food stuck to them room elevator and floor has horrible smell room is worse than a motel 6 slept on top of sheets and prayed no bed bugs... definitely not worth the price I would pay at a far better hotel...

There was way too much noise at this hotel! The breakfast was limited and I waited at the desk to be checked in for over 15 minutes Also there was a roll of used toilet paper in my bathroom and clogged bathroom sink

The room had a kitchenette and the table was uneven, the mattress on the hide-a-bed was severely stained, the room looked outdated.

Our flight got delayed and we arrived after midnight only to find out that they didn’t hold the reservation we made with our credit card. I figured they would just charge my card if we didn’t cancel, but instead they gave our room away. The woman running the front desk didn’t seem to care much and was fine sending our family of 5 out on the street to try and find another room around 1:00am. We arrived late because our flight was delayed and then our rental car wasn’t available. We were told we couldn’t check in for 1-2 hours because the computers were auditing and there was no way to check us in. We were also told that since we arrived after midnight we would be charged an extra nights fees at almost double the cost we originally booked for. We left and found 2 rooms at the hotel next door, who will gladly get our business from now on!

What a dump! The room looks nothing like the photos. Everything looks dirty and dated. The entire second floor smelled of pot. Our room stunk so bad I requested a change of floor. I also had to bring up an armload of bedding myself for the fold out couch as there wasn’t any in the room. The third floor had no smell but our fold out couch mattress was so stained and disgusting that I couldn’t let any of us sleep on it. Stay away Horrible! My son got bit on his legs and arms with what looks like bed bites!

There was no utensils, plates, pots and pans that are usual available in the cabinets at extended stays. Fold out coach bed had stains all over it. furniture was out dated. The shower head needs to be replaced. The hotel had a general dirty feeling.
