Barest bones room in very sketchy area. Staff marginal. no amenities.

Room was not ready, could not get kitchen essentials offered, picked up coffee pot myself at the desk

Does not recommend. Front desk service terrible.

Run down and dirty. Room smelled. Trouble checking in after 10:30pm

Very dirty. stains everywhere. We could not stay a second night. No one at the bell desk to even tell we were not returning. The Biltmore area is very nice. Using this word in the location title is very misleading to the quality of this hotel.

The hotel room was filthy and disgusting. We did not feel comfortable or safe here as there did not seem to be very many security measures. The entire building smelled like cigarettes even though is was non smoking. I do not recommend this hotel and we will not be staying here again.

Very poor property. Check in person was rude and not helpful. There was no grab and go breakfast as advertised. Front desk told us they did not receive their order, Sorry. This property failed in every way.

No go if you might arive late I had a very poor experience with this hotel. I was flying into Phoenix late on a Friday to pick up a vehicle first thing on Saturday morning, with a 1200 mile drive to be split over the next 2 days. I had a reservation, but as sometimes happens, my flight was delayed. I called the hotel to inform them that I’d be arriving late, only to be told they don’t allow check-ins after midnight.
