Hair dryer was broken with no replacement, visable roaches crawling around. I didn't stay the last night I had booked and paid for.

Disappointed The room we checked in to was not clean, there was still food in the fridge and there was no sheets on the sofa bed nor extra sheets in the room for the sofa bed. We had booked this for 4 nights and checked out after the first night mainly because of cleaniness. The food being left in the fridge from previous people was the main turn off. We went somewhere else after the first night.

Found some roaches, friendly staff The closest hotel to a temporary work site. The staff is friendly, rooms appear to be clean, as well as surfaces and bed. Woke up in the morning and found a roach in the bathtub and two on the kitchen counter next to my sealed food. Carpets could use a cleaning. Pool area seems nice from the window as no one was using it at 7pm.

Disappointed experience Our suite had small bugs in the restroom and we had a cockroach on our kitchen counter. There was a hole in the bathroom door, the curtains were damaged and they didn’t provide bed sheets for the pull out bed In The sofa couch.
