Dirty carpet

I had two rooms and they both where super dirty

Refused service There was no stay when we tried to check in we were told by the clerk that I reservation was listed as a no-show and we were unable to check in thus making me lose my booking and my money I need to be compensated

Halfway house The pictures look nice but the property was dirty and run down. Carpet in the hallway was dirty. Bathroom ceiling wasn't clean and was missing a toilet paper roll holder. Different fixtures were missing or broken. Kitchenette area was old and laminate is breaking off. Walls are thin and can hear everything. Could hear what sounded like domestic violence down the hall. Place is like a halfway house.

Bad experience How do you check in someone and dont tell them there's no running water.

The 2 ladies working were very helpful but to be honest the stay was terrible. Once i was checked in and made my way to the room it had previous person's belongings all over and inside fridge. Staff was kind enough to try and get us another room (appreciate the effort) but had an awful odor and the doors were so hard to open and close. Would not stay again or recommend.
