It was the filthiest hotel room I have ever stayed in. No hotel services at all.

Outside was fairly clean. The rooms were not freest. Toilet was broken

Occupied room I was given a room key upon check in and went to open the room and the room was occupied. The occupants never checked out prior to our arrival. Not sure how that’s not noted in your system. We were also given a handicapped room with absolutely no need for one.

Horrible place. when I checked my banking info and they charged my card twice! As soon as i contacted them they insisted we never stayed there, When I had receipts and confirmation emails to prove it. They also insisted we stayed at a different location and when I asked her (Mercedes) what location she was at she told me a different one and I asked for the number of the right location, she then gave me a number that was out of service. Apartment alternative, not really a vacation hotel This hotel is really meant for people that don't have a place to live and not for a vacation stay. The place smells of smoke, you can hear your neighbors, and you might even arrive to police being there to remove someone. I will say that the staff at the front desk was super nice.

I booked through expedia, but the hotel's "system" wouldn't actually book a room. So when i arrived at Extended Stay they were completely unflexible for the huge inconvenience. Would never stay in one of ther hotels again. Thankfully expedia relocated, but it was hard to do.

What was pleasing and probably the only thing good about this hotel was the location. It was near by lots of restaurants, shopping, gas station, and freeway access. What we hated about this hotel was the people that obviously lived there and this was not mentioned in the description. The hotel is suppose to be smoke free? NOT AT ALL!!! The first room we were given reeked of cigarette smoke and all the floors reeked of marijuana. My door had an inch gap on top which let in every smell from the hallway including the smoke. The toilet didn’t flush properly and the shower leaked into the room flooding the floor through the wall.
