Old and dirty room, outdated and dilapidated furniture and light fixtures. Bed was comfortable but other amenities were lacking. Complimentary breakfast was merely just a free snack bar. Would only stay again if there was an absolute emergency and needed a cheap room in the East valley.

Bad service on Hotels.com I didnt stay there that night because i accidentally booked the wrong date and the property nor hotel.com help with fixing it. No one cared to fix this mistake

Great location and the exterior of the location was good. But as soon as you step inside, it needs a complete refresh. There are stains everywhere including the ceilings and bathroom sinks. The sheets are so thin that they look like they are going to rip anytime. The peeling of the sink counter, like the glue turning loose, was problematic. In addition, the furniture was aged to the point where I was afraid to sit in the chairs.
