The two gentleman at the front, Tim, and the morning clerk were awesome. But, we were awakened to water pouring through the ceiling flooding our room. Had no time but to grab our wet gear and leave the room. Clerk said our portfolio was going to be given to the manager to get us a refund, but its been seven days and heard nothing yet.

We arrived and the “Hotel” looked like it was abandoned. We walked in to the lobby and it looked worse than the outside. I have seen some bad hotels but this was the worst. We got to the room and the room was in very bad shape. The bathroom had graffiti on the mirror. The room looked like very shabby everything was old and damaged. No way would we stay at this dump.

The hotel was dirty and very old. Not kept up. The sink and shower in my room were not draining. Someone had been smoking in the room. No one cleaned my room all week. There were dirty towels and ripped sheets. I deserve money back on my stay.

Terrible stay DO NOT STAY HERE!! We were first given a dirty room and then moved us to a room where people with pets stay and the hallway smelled like dog pee. The bathroom sink was clogged and the water dripped steadily from the tub. There were no cups or plates etc and when we called to request cups we were told to come get them even though the sign says we would bring them to the room. The front desk receptionist page was very unpolite didn’t acknowledge us greet us. We were waiting for the iron more than an hour was not quite happy with that.
