The staff is the wosre dishonest, will double book your room. Dirty, old smelly rooms, water leaking. Its worth paying extra to go stay somewhere else

So I booked this room online. When I checked in, I had to put down a $200 deposit for amenities. This additional fee was not mentioned anywhere when I booked online. I was assured that the $200 amenity fee would be credited back to my card the next day. It has not been credited to my account. The room was very clean but the TV did not work, the bed was like sleeping on a brick, the pillows were hard, and there was very minimal bedding. The quilt was more like a heavy sheet than a blanket. I stayed one night at this hotel. The dirtiest hotel a person can ever imagine. Rude employees. Rooms are filthy, broken furniture , sticky floor carpet. This was my 3rd time i have booked with Orbitz and all 3 times i had bad experience. I will never use Orbitz again.

We booked this room because it had a kitchenette. When we arrived, we were told that if we wanted dishes and pans we would need to come downstairs to get them. Same with a coffee pot. The booklet holding our key stated that these things would be delivered to the rooms. The coffee pot was very dirty. We were not given dish soap to wash it. The lid was not made for the coffee machine so it wouldn't release the coffee to the caraffe as it brewed. The staff was very pleasant.

Great restaurant nearby.. room didn’t smell Fresh paid for a king bed in advance and got to the property in they only had queen size bed.
