This hotel appears to be housing homeless people so it is run down. Some corridors smell more than others. The HVAC is not balances so howling sounds of air being sucked through the door undercuts is prevalent. The pool has been closed for almost two years for lack of upkeep. My clothes smell like smoke now just from being there. It was nice to have the kitchen & extra living room space but unfortunately, we would not recommend this place.

Phoenix trip Roaches in the room. Poor front desk service

I highly advise you find somewhere else to stay. Traveling for work has brought me to some very nasty hotels, but this is the first hotel that i’ve ever canceled after one night. Bugs in the room, utensils with food residue, stained pillows, closed pool, “free breakfast” consisting of JUST oatmeal packets, etc. It was disgusting. I paid more for this hotel than i did for the beautiful Air BNB that I decided to stay in after. The staff was very nice though, dealing with my issues and giving me a refund. Unfortunately, the lamp in my room did not work, the bathroom door was damaged, and a cut in the counter facing ripped my shorts when I accidentally brushed against it. Someone left trash (stinky food waste) in the stairwell and it remained there for at least two days. I hardly saw the staff and had to call out to check in when I arrived. The other residents didn't seem friendly and often talked loudly in the hallway. What a dump! Check in was easy and quick. That's where the good things end. The hallway to the room smelled like pot. Entering the room, first thing you notice is extremely soiled and stained carpet. There was a patch on the bathroom door as if it were kicked in. The bath towel rack had patched and unpainted drywall. The tub was really old and dirty. Pass The room had a musky smell to it. The air conditioner screen kept falling out of place and rattled throughout the night. For a one night stay at the price paid I guess was ok but I wouldn’t return to this hotel again.

Will not use extended stay again. Room was both shabby and dirty- carpet stains, German roaches, dirty shower curtain. Hallways smelled of weed and cigarettes. No luggage cart or help available. Sorry that I cannot recommend- maybe pay a bit extra for a better place.

RUN, THEY HAVE COCKROACHES!!!! This hotel is infested with roaches. Property is fully aware of their problem. When asked for a different room, the attendant stated " Yeah, I can switch you rooms but it doesn't matter as all our rooms have roaches. Its a problem we have"
