I think do you need doing something about cleanin

cockroaches the place had cockroaches. It also gets used for some sort of social program. They do their best to keep it clean.

Bed bug infested and roach hotel I do not highly recommend this place whatsoever when we got there customer service sucks on top of which has roaches had bed bugs there was never nobody at the front desk when you yell for them to give you attitude when they do come out from behind the back area on top of which the place was loaded with homeless people lingering smoking whatever they smoke and not to mention how dirty the carpets are how dirty the room was do not book this room whatsoever

Staff were generally disinterested in being friendly and helpful. There were little roaches in the bathroom but thankfully not the kitchen. The kitchen doesn't include any cooking or eating equipment. You have to go to reception to ask for it.

Meh… an odd place not sure exactly what defines ‘long term”… if these are travelers or longterm local residents… but this place is worn out and kind of a dump. Nothing grossly offensive… but the bed is soft and has a huge dip in it, the shower feels like a sprinkle and does not flow properly, the shades dont seal out light totally… carpet is stained… hallways feel like a cheap apartment complex past its prime… on the good side it was quiet, ac works, and it was pretty clean… towels n bedding fresh.

Horrible. Roach motel This place was a dump! I roaches running around, bed was comfortable. I was afraid to sleep. Stains of cigarette burns everywhere. Couch had stains on it. The wrist place i every stayed at in my years of travel. I would not recommend this place unless you dont that type of place. I cant add any photos. Not letting me.

Absolutely awful! Smelled like cat pee inside and out, no ice machine, cockroaches, previous tenants hair all over, shower head had a lot of pressure, but doesn't saturate at all. Its more of a mist. 0/10. I DO NOT recommend.

Judgement Hotel it’s self was fine, my son and I traveled to Phoenix, we I called ahead to see if we could get in early due to trave we both were tired, they stated yes on the phone.
