I found BUG BED AND ROACHES everywhere in my room also a siringe under bed, I pay for two queens and they give just one bed room. No one in lobby after 10 pm til 7 am NO CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST but they charge $$$ like if they serve it Lobby SUPER MEGA DIRTY!!!! NOT SAFE AREA TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!

The staff are not very friendly, and the facility overall needs a lot of improvement. The entire building is very outdated, there wasn't anyone cleaning the common areas at all during the weekend. One of the rooms we reserved had not been cleaned prior to check in and had a roach infestation. There were needles, socks, roach carcasses. Extended stays are usually a good hotel. Not this one. Cockroaches and other bugs all over the place. Called the front desk numerous times and went down there to ask for sheets for the pullout and nobody ever answered the phone/came to the front desk. Even tho they advertise 24hr staff. Advertised pick up and go breakfast and there was nothing. This place was scary outside and inside. 2 Barking dogs in 2 different rooms. I can go on and on. Avoid this place like the plague!

Roaches, terrible hotel There were so many roaches. I'm going to upload a video about it. Even after talking to the front desk, and they said that they would spray the room, there were still roaches. And the room was not cleaned by room service. Check in was really bad too. The girl at the front desk was so unattentive, she barely said a few words, and then she gave us a room that wasn't cleaned and belong to somebody else. Believe the reviews! Consumer beware. Where do I even begin. Was trying to find a “deal” and was definitely reminded of the saying, “you get what you paid for.” Don’t stay here unless you can’t afford anywhere else. The pool, which is advertised on the app, was closed. Lots of random people just hanging around, EVERYWHERE. It smells awful inside. The room was no better. Nasty hotel The room wasn't ready when we got in it. It was full of trash aluminum foil, the room also had roaches and smelled really nasty.
