BEWARE! From the moment we attempted to check-in the experience was horrendous! Homeless sitting and loitering the parking lot and lobby. No one at the front desk after 10 mins waiting. When she finally came out of the back, she was texting and laughing, completely inattentive. Gave me directions to my first floor room, and when I brought it to her attention the key she gave me was for a third floor room…her response was “my bad”. The property stinks. Literally stinks. The staff that we dealt with has no people person skills. Customer service was not great.

Never again! Filthy I’ve stayed here in years past but it was so disgustingly filthy that I ate my losses with the pre-paid reservation and booked a better hotel. The room I was given on the far south side had a sticky floor and soap scum around the bathtub. One drawer had its front ripped off and it smelled of bleach. The stairs were filthy and there was dog waste on the stairs.

Worst bathroom ever. Smelled like pee and was filthy. Tub was dirty, chipping away, towel was dirty and had makeup on it. Very noisy, people yelling, unsafe environment.

I had a room that had small bugs running around when I turned the lights on. Silver Fish? Don't know what it is. Kill one and showed it the Desk Clerk. Stayed three nights, the last i felt one run across my face. I couldn't ckeck out because Phoenix was probably all booked because of the Spring Training and other events. The carpet needs a good shampooing or new carpeting. At the wash basin a strong order coming out the drain spout. P-trap needs go cleaning. Someone with a weak stomach would probably throw up. All of the furniture had some sort of very noticeable damage. We spotted bugs (what seemed to be cockroaches) in the bathroom floor and later a couple in the bed. We had just settled but were forced to find another hotel in the middle of the night.

The property was run down and not very clean.
