NEVER GO HERE Absolutely horrible experience. Staff never answered calls, the location was full of drug dealers doing deals in the common areas and right outside the lobby, homeless being housed here with all their stuff cluttering the grounds. TV was broken, we were locked out and could not use our card to re-enter the property even during "office hours". I was given the keys for a room that was already occupied. Then, they assigned me to another room that was under repairs. The third room that was assigned to me was apparently ok but as we stayed there for a couple of hours, we noticed the presence of bugs and cockroaches. I checked out the same day at 8pm as I did not feel like staying there for another minute.

I recently stayed at this hotel, and it was a very disappointing experience. There were no staff present at night, which made things difficult when issues arose. The linens were dirty, the floors were filthy, and to top it off, there were no light bulbs in the lamps. The dryers didn’t work either, as they had no heat. I requested accessible and they didn't provide it. My reservation saod accessible. Once i got to the room, there were cups and the keys from the previous guest on the desk. So, i decided to leave since they couldnt take a shower.

This was supposed to be non smoking it smelled horribly like cigar and there was cigarettes on the floor. It was old super outdated. It looks like they use this place for refugees. Lots of people outside drinking and smoking weed. Very loud throughout the night. People screaming and running in the halls slamming doors. Did not feel safe in or out of the facility. Lots of sketchy people I’m sure I witnessed a drug deal in the room next to us. Never again!!!!
