Never again It is a dirty, roach infested hotel. Hallways smell of piss and vomit. People at front desk are rude and hide in back office.

There was cockroaches everywhere and fight broke out in the front

I don't blame the property for being what it is. It seemed like it was a bit of a halfway house more then an actual quality place to stay. I blame Orbitz for recommending this place. My room smelled like smoke and literally had cigarette burns on the blankets. Seemed like a place for people to stay who might be down on their luck.

Smells horrible, bugs, dirty, bad customer service. Left a few hours after checking in

Television does not work and after I reported it to front desk. I was ignored. WiFi did not work. Reserved the room for two nights but we just couldn’t stay there for second night. Too many homeless staying at the hotel.

We made a mistake on the date and booked it a day early(after check-in window) so when we arrived on correct day they wouldnt honor reservation. Front desk clerk was extremely rude. Than gabe us a room with a shower that didnt work a bathroom door that wouldnt close all the way and broken drawers in the furniture. My Niece was traveling alone for the first time to see her Mom in the hospital so this was a horrible experience for her.
