I had booked this room because it was close to the hospital and I was having surgery. My mother-in-law checked in for me while I was in surgery. She said the room smelled and was so unclean. She didn’t feel like it was a safe environment for me to come home to after my surgery. We didn’t even stay and left that afternoon

When I got up to room bed was not made, looked like someone slept in it and it was not made

We were looking for place to stay while we had family in the nearby hospital. This place was terrible - the first room we had had bugs on the floor - and the whole floor was sticky. Run down room - dirty walls, peeling and super stained bathtub, etc. We asked for a different room and was given one that has the same problems - but the carpets had just been cleaned - and they were WET and it smelled so bad. We took the previous room, would NEVER stay here again.

I do not recommend this place The room was dirty the bathroom sink was stuck and the bathroom tub was dirty to we could not take a shower .We had booked two nights and we could only stay one because it also smelled very bad

Stay away I was very disappointed with this stay. The room was so dirty. The carpet was soiled and had not been vacuumed. The floor was not vacuumed with crumbs and food. The dishwasher was broken, old canned food in cupboards. One single dish towel was dirty. The phone didn't even work. A roach crawled out of the dishwasher when we came in and put our food on the counter. The smoke alarm was hanging by wires out of the wall. Mold in the shower gross stuff clogg the drain. The front desk attendant was rude. Keys didn't work. Waited an hour at the lobby because she stated they were short staffed and she was cleared rooms. Lobby had 6 people waiting with the same issue. You would think people not being able to enter their rooms would have been her priority. She came down angry. Like we were an inconvenience.
