Room smelled awful. Tables and floors were dirty. Lights didn’t work properly. Dirty air. Violated ADA laws. Long wait or no assistance at front desk.

Not what was advertised. Hotel front desk workers lack customer service hospitality. Did not make eye contact with us or speak more then 3 words to me during check in. And when we checked out. Asked feont deak for clean linen for couch bed was givin a sheet. Waited about 10 min and the guy came back and ask why i was still waiting so i asked for a blanket he was more worried about his motorcyle then making sure we got the linen we asked for.. theyre was dirty linen in a draw bybthe bathroom and hair in the tub. No ice machine or ice in a hotel in Phoenix Az!!! That's the best of the worst. Our non-smoking room reeked of tobacco. The white blanket on the bed had cigarette burn holes in it. The black oily handprints on the doors were a nice touch. The used soap on the sink and the built-up soap scum in the shower were special. Garbage in the garbage can. This hotel is terrible. I had to checkout the same day I checked in because I could not stay the night because the rooms were filthy. The shower is not clean and has black stains all over, and the walls are stained. The hotel hallways are dirty, and the exterior of the building is not well maintained. I did not feel safe staying here. I lost my money because they would not give me a refund. This place is not a good hotel in Phoenix midtown. PLEASE GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. Our room was extremely dirty, no latch on the door, stains and dirt all over the bed, couldn’t even stay in the room it was so bad. The pullout mattress was ripped up and stained all over as well. I got a different hotel down the road just so I could sleep
