No pillow or sheets for couch bed, was told they didn’t have any. Could not change the temperature of air, had to unplug the unit. When my husband came to the bed he found his side of the bed wet. Desk person laughed and said “ did you piss off your wife! He had to sleep in car!. I was told I would get my money back.

Roaches in room. Filthy carpets

Overall this was one of the worst hotels we have stayed at. It started with photos online did not match at all what the property looked like. The staff we encountered was extremely rude. The bathroom was falling apart including water spraying out of the wall. Paid for a sleeper and received only a chair. Was given a coffee pot when we requested but no coffee or coffee cups. Overall bad experience.

This hotel had cockroaches property was not well kept. Carpet floors looked disgusting and bathroom towels had stains. We found critters on the towel.

I would have given this place zero stars if I could. Everything was dirty, stained or broken. Sometimes all 3. If I had the choice of staying here again or sleeping under an overpass, I might take the latter

There were roaches, a swat team drug bust, barking dogs and pot being smoked in the rooms. Rowdy and loud people in the halls at 2:00 am!
