I had to make a last minute change to this hotel because my original hotel had a water pipe break and they couldn’t guests. The employees were fine but did not seem very friendly, inconvenienced maybe by me for checking in and out. It has a really musky smell and appears outdated and old. There was a cockroach on the wall when I came to the room. There were hairs in the shower and garbage under the bed.

In all my years of business travel, this was without a doubt the worst property I have ever stayed at. Nevermind the fact that people wandered the halls all night long making noise that made sleep impossible, the fact that the bathroom was roach infested was absolutely inexcusable. Last time I will stay here, even though very convenient to my office.

Property is located in a bad neighborhood. Immediately noticed how unkempt the property was. The woman at the front desk was also unkempt and rude. Her unwashed / dirty shirt should have been the last straw but it was late and needed to get some sleep. The room was filthy, reeked of marijuana and cigarette smoke and had ROACHES! The furniture in the living roon was so flithy I didn't sit in them. It was ridiculously filthy. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!

A run-down property that has seen better days I stayed here once several years ago, then again just recently. Unfortunately this hotel has really gone downhill in that time. The first room I got was dirty and the bed was not even made up at all. Staff gave me another room but that was not much better. Furniture is old and beat up, the rooms shake and creak when upstairs guests are walking around. The whole property gives the impression of extreme neglect.

Cleaner Prisons in 3rd world Nations I have been coming to Phoenix for years to attend an annual event and I've always stayed here. I will never let that happen again. The rooms were dirty and we had cockroaches in the room. There wasn't even a shower curtain and when we asked for one they told us that they were out of them and we wouldn't have one until what was the last day of our stay. Not good It's basically a hotel for local people without a home. Low security. Sofa bed was gross. Shower had no pressure. Hairs everywhere.

Absolutely horrible stay! Most of the lights did not work. Hallway was disgusting and smelled awful! Once we got a light to worK there were small black beetle bugs everywhere. The couch had white stains all over it the walls had smears of something down them! We were so exhausted after spending the day at the hospital we checked the beds for bugs and tried to sleep.
