Bed bugs BED BUGS!!!! DIRTY HOTEL!!!! I was very quiet at front desk about the bed bugs, asked for garbage bags to place luggage in and was told the manager would contact me. I finally had to call the main number and within an hour or so I received an email saying an inspector had come out and nothing was found. I find this hard to believe when clearly the bed hsd live bugs.

Disappointed & Angry My family and I arrived at this hotel and they refused to give us our room because I didn’t have my ID. I lost my ID but had a paper copy. My husband provided his ID but because the reservation was in my name they didn’t allow it. The staff member was very rude and did not even look me in the eye. She was disrespectful and dismissive of my family and I. When I reached out to Hotels.com to try and get my refund the hotel stated I was a ‘no show’ and refused to refund my money.

Cockroaches in room

The room was dirty , smells cigarette, bathroom with mold.lamp not light, tv not signal. it look homeless move to that hotel.

Bad Customer Service and Room Maintenance We had a 5 night stay. On the 4th day we woke up to a broken AC unit and it blowing hot air. The Front Desk fix was to move us to another room on a different floor, of course there was no luggage cart available, and I had to make 5-6 trips up and down to move all of our stuff plus the kitchen pack to the new room. Check in was great. When my daughter took a shower she noticed that one of the towels had black workboot prints all over it. About midnight, as we were trying to sleep, the smoke detector started beeping for low battery. Once I fully woke up from it, I tried calling the front desk. I called probably 20 times with no answer. I then got dressed and headed down to the front desk only to find vomit in the hallway and all over one side of the inside of the elevator. We found 2 cockroaches in the room. So that tells us the place was not clean. I did confront the front desk while checking out and didn’t acknowledge what I said.

I arrived at the hotel late due to a delay in my flight, and the usual check-in time closed at midnight. The hotel has a sign right next to the entrance door. The sign say: "For late Check In, please dial EXT. 0 for further assistance" . I called and only the cleaning guy showed up to open the door and say, you have to wait until 6:30 am, he told me that he was just the cleaning guy and he couldn't check-in.
