Terrible hotel Hotel was dirty as it can be and everywhere you look around there was something always broken or just bad maintenance Shower was not pouring the water the normal way and floors where dirty that you could not wanted to be stepping Homeless around the premises and people prompting doors that shouldn’t Lost of rooms having dogs and the smell of the hotel was terrible even the room. Very bad experience Will never ever get another hotel like this or this chain

Room smelled like bleach covering up some bad funk. Pull out bed was disgusting and bathroom or living room had been poorly cleaned. Left the room after 10 min and got out of there

Not happy I ran into I ran into him a family emergency and had to cancel the reservation or should I say, tried to cancel the reservation. I went to the physical location. They refused to cancel, saying, I had to go through hotels.com which I sat in the parking lot for 45 minutes trying to do so online and kept getting a chat person or robot should I say. It smelled bad and the floors were bare and dirty.

Wow No phone in room, extra lock was broken from door, water was unusable for roughly 6 hours when they initially said 3. Top that off with just a shady overall feeling throughout the place and someone trying to break into my room. Left my stay early for these reasons and they refused a partial refund.

Really, I was looking for a suite with a kitchen. This one has a kitchen but with a non-working stove. And there is no toaster or coffee maker. The pan left there is badly burned. And the non refundable booking i made via Expedia ended up with a higher price than the one on this hotel's Website. And Expedia never returned my call after i complained.

Ruined personal item The front desk assistant when i first checked in was nice. Whe it was time for me to check in which was after 3pm, my room was not ready. The whole building smelled of Marijuana. The cleaning lady was barley working on our room. After waiting for her to finish she told us to go to a different room. She was rude about it and wehad already waited for her to finish. the place was full of noisy and dirty people and the rooms were very run down and when i checked in i was given a key to a room that was already occupied. the people staying there for the most part were overnighters who were noisy and very disrespectful of others trying to sleep also had i known that there was no housekeeping except for an additional fee i would not have stayed there. had to get my own towels and wash cloths and soap also the so called breakfast was a joke. i would never stay at one of their hotels again.
